The World Bank’s Explanation for “why eLearning”

The two keynotes at this year’s blackboard conference in Nice were by Bruno Lavin (Economist from the World Bank) and Serge Goldstein (Director of Academics at Princeton’s University). Both are worth having a look at.  If you only have time for one then see Lavin’s economical graphs for globalisation and the last few concluding slides.
